This page explains what happens to your data when you use numl.

What data is collected?

None. numl has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server that your diagrams are sent to. It's a static, browser-only app - everything you create stays on your device.

How is your data stored?

Your diagrams are saved to your browser's local storage, under keys prefixed numl: - one per diagram, plus a small index of recently opened diagrams. Your theme and color-palette preferences are saved the same way. None of this ever leaves your browser or gets transmitted anywhere.

What about the "Copy share link" feature?

When you copy a share link, your diagram is encoded directly into the URL itself - there's no server involved, and nothing is uploaded or stored anywhere. That does mean the URL itself contains your diagram's data, so only share it with people you're fine seeing that diagram.

Can I delete my data?

Yes - clearing your browser's site data for this app (or its general storage settings) immediately and permanently removes everything.
